Payment is made by credit card in 2 installments: 1) Deposit on booking (30% of the rent), 2) Balance 14 days before arrival in Morzine (a reminder email is sent to you but you have nothing to do since the payment is programmed automatically with the same bank card)
In the event of cancellation before the 14 days preceding the scheduled arrival date: the deposit is not refunded, the balance is not due. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date: the full rent, deposit and balance, is due and the sums paid are not refunded.
Your possible "cancellation" insurance could compensate you.
Please note: in the event of force majeure, a full refund of the sums paid is offered. This would be the case if, because of Covid-19, the Morzine station was closed or a period of "quarantine" isolation, confinement, a travel ban were decreed in France or in your country of origin.
